Job Summary:
Duhani Capital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organisation Trainer Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BPO industry. To responsible for designing, developing, and delivering organisation training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and a thorough understanding of FX trading processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Stay updated on the latest training trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and classroom training sessions.
Utilize various training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.Training Performance Evaluation:
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Assist in the onboarding process by providing orientation and initial training to new hires.Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress.
Prepare reports on training effectiveness and outcomes for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all training activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training role within the relavant industry or BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of training processes, systems, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using training software and tools, such as LMS (Learning Management System).
Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
