Trainer for IT / Hardware / Network/ Facility

JobResponsibilities:

• Trainingofnewemployees(includinginterns)toensurethatnewemployeesandinternimprovetheir

relatedprofessionalskills.

• ResponsiblefordevelopingandupgradingteachingandlearningmaterialsinEnglishandChinese.For

example,handouts,modules,learningunits,tutorialworksheets,trainingpapers,etc.

• Assistinthedevelopmentofyearlytrainingplans.
• Assistinthedevelopmentofprogrammematerials,preparationofworkplansandmaintenanceof

recordstomonitortheprogress,performanceandattendanceofemployeesattendingtraining.

• Responsibleforgradingassignments,quizzesandprojecttests.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor'sdegreeoraboveinComputerScienceNetworkingorrelatedfield,

2.Minimum1-3yearsofexperienceasaninstructor/trainerinIT,Networkrelatedfields.

3.ExcellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskillsinEnglishandMandarin.

4.Excellentknowledgeofserverhardwaremaintenancewouldbeanadvantage

5.Proficientinserverhardwaremaintenanceknowledge.

6.ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications(PowerPoint,WordandExcel).
