Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
- Handle support & logistics for training activities including training materials, venues and equipment
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
- Develop training aids such as manuals, FAQ's and handbooks
- Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs.
- Document feedback and audit results to help the training department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
- Administrative support for IMS documentation and audits.
- Follow up on training programs post training assignment and coordination of presentation if needed.
- To connect with stakeholders on training required and working with the Technical Skill Development team members in realizing the request
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any Industrial related field, preferably experienced in any form of Technical Training or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field preferably in Assembly/Production
Preferred
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Application.
- Knowledge in Multimedia will be added advantage.
- Experience in IMS documentation and audits.
Skills
- Possess good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
