- Receiving and organizing shop items accordingly.
- Restocking shop items and ensuring sales floor is organized according to guidelines.
- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.
- Promoting shop membership cards and explaining membership benefits to customers.
- Perform regular price audits to ensure correct price tags are displayed.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the shops Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of shop items to provide advice and recommendations as required.
- Back up and be on duty at any outlet under the Company when there is shortage of staff.
- Conduct training for staff regarding pets care, product knowledge, providing services at outlet and etc.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategies & effective curriculum or training programs.
- Provide info and prepare material for training.
- Track and provide report regarding training progress as well as monitoring staff performances.
- Monitor the health condition of livestock in all outlets and liaise with 3rd party veterinarian on any treatment when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
