Job Description

Responsibility

  • Assists in data entry, filling and documentation
Support the departments daily activities
  • Coordinate with internal department and external parties
Assist in preparing and tracking claim expenses to maintain accurate records
  • Assist in raising payment requisition (PR) to Account Department
Any other duties assigned by the manager from time to time
  • Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / Human Resources / Supply Chain or equivalent
CGPA:
  • 0 and above
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (e.g.: Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
    • Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
    Discipline, good in coordination and organizational skills

    Job Type: Internship
    Contract length: 3-6 months

    Pay: From RM800.00 per month

    Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday


    Ability to commute/relocate:
    • Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
