About ICAP
ICAP, part of TP ICAP group, provides a wide variety of execution and information services to wholesale market participants.
We offer broking services covering a wide range of asset classes, including Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX, Money Market Funds and Rates.
For each asset class, ICAP offers e-trading capability, giving clients the option to enter prices and execute trades directly via one of our hybrid electronic trading systems, or to engage with brokers who can identify and negotiate trades

Role Responsibilities
Promote ICAP as a company.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships and make contact with prospective new clients where appropriate.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the products and markets in which you work; actively solicit feedback from industry participants through various means, including trade calls, surveys, industry events, trade shows and conferences.
Understand the desks business strategy and seek to identify new business opportunities relating to trends, future markets, products and clients.
On-board new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team.
Assess client needs and financial conditions to identify internal cross selling
opportunities.
Understand pertinent regulation within the evolving regulatory landscape.
Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with group policies.
Exercise independent judgement and act with integrity, care, skill and diligence to avoid conflicts of interest and escalate issues as appropriate.
Experience / Competences
Essential
1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry is an advantage; especially those with broking/NDF-KRW desk experience, and having existing client relationships with banks
Proficiency in Korean language is a plus as the role may require some interaction with Korean-speaking clients

Risk Responsibilities
All staff have defined risk management responsibilities. The Group imposes additional responsibilities on line-managers and senior managers. It is critical that all staff discharge their risk management responsibilities when undertaking their role. Specific responsibilities are incorporated into employee objectives, and your performance against these objectives will be assessed as part of the firms performance management process. You will also be required to confirm that you have discharged your risk management responsibilities through the annual risk management attestation process.
