We are currently looking for an experienced Trademark Assistant/Trademark Executive to join our team in Malaysia.
Assist with the trademark procedures of trademark searches, registrations and submission proceedings.
- Handling Trademark documents filing and providing administrative support of Trademark Consultants.
Preparing official documents for submission to Trademark Offices i.e. conducting trademark searches, trade mark applications, trade mark renewals, and formalities compliance.- General administrative duties.
Assist in others ad hoc tasks as requested.
Diploma in Legal Studies/Bachelor degree in Law or other relevant qualifications.
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role including experience in trademark applications and using online filing systems.
Good communication skills, positive attitude and well-organized.- Able to work independently.
Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel).
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable.- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
