Job Description & Role Responsibilities:
- Source, implement, and manage relevant learning programs (in-class/remote, internal/external) aligned with business goals.
- Manage HRDC fund usage in Malaysia to meet local learning needs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Assess and prioritize learning needs, particularly in soft skills, leadership, and R&D environments.
- Contribute to international learning projects aimed at improving the employee learning experience.
- Promote and communicate certifications and programs offered through 3DS University. Monitor and report on learning activities, including data administration, LMS management, and session follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Psychology, Human Resources or any related Degree with Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology or Learning & Development
- 5+ years experience in a Learning and Development role with proven track record of achievements in driving positive learning experiences
- Pedagogy and/or instructional experience
- Technical knowledge of Learning Management systems and eLearning tools
- Instructional design, Adult Learning Theory, Coaching
- Eagerness to learn and to propose best in class learning experiences
- Fluent in English
- Experience in a multi-cultural and international environment is a plus
