Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Have strong communication skills and proficiency in both written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Have experience in B2C customer service, preferably within the travel industry
  • Understand customer needs and can handle requests flexibly
  • Have administrative experience, such as document processing and data entry
  • Are responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable

Job Requirements

  • Coordinating itineraries and logistical arrangements with local travel agencies at destinations
  • Providing customer support, care, and request follow-ups
  • Presenting products to customers, with a sales component
  • Assisting with visa applications and renewals
  • Handling administrative tasks
