Ensure tooling support technician to provide timely response to tools setup and provide tooling preventive.
- Ensure tooling support technician are fully following safe operating practices and procedures.
Ensure all forms and tags specified in tool room procedures and work instruction are maintained and current.- Ensure tool room equipment it well maintained and operating at maximum efficiency.
Monitor tool room expenses (budget) to optimize performances and minimize cost.
- Monitor tooling stock at optimize level.
Utilize 5S as means of driving the continuous improvement process and ensuring the tool room.- Work closely with Engineering and Purchasing and their respective to ensure tool and its equipment's are purchase as per spec and needs.
Carry out any responsibilities as when assigned by Management.
