Create and execute engaging content ideas for live streaming sessions.
- Create attractive and innovative content for diverse social media platforms.
Assist on responding to comments, messages, and feedback across all platforms include online customer service (answering customer questions digitally using tools such as email, social media, live chat etc).- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the streaming community to enhance content and engagement strategies.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed and required by management.
