Job description Host live sessions on TikTok to showcase products, answer customer queries, and encourage viewers to make purchases.
- Develop engaging content strategies for live sessions to captivate and retain viewers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align live session content with ongoing campaigns and promotions.- Analyze viewer engagement during live sessions and adjust strategies to maximize reach and conversion rates.
Manage the TikTok Shop, including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, and product descriptions.- Stay updated on TikToks latest features, trends, and best practices to enhance shop performance.
Previous experience in e-commerce management, social media hosting, or sales, preferably on TikTok or similar platforms.- Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident on-camera presence.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, including inventory management and order processing tools.
Working Days - 6 DAYS per week
Salary:
- Salary starts from RM1,800 not including comission, allowance, bonus & overtime.
