Plan and moderate live event to ensure successful live- Interact with viewers by written comment or talk over mic.
Ensure Live host follow the event flow to maximize sales
- Do live setting before live start. Make sure all product to be lived are well prepared and organized before live
Conduct product demonstrations, answer customer questions, and provide recommendations to drive sales- Assist customer with their orders, returns and product replacement requests.
Work with customers to make changes to orders that are in the processing and/or fulfillment stage
