Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Crew and Cashier at Monkeys Canopy Resort in Kajang. Responsibilities include handling ticket sales, providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and driving sales to enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Ticket Sales and Reservations skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Sales experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills
- Experience in the hospitality, F&B or tourism industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
