Provide test support and tester preventive maintenance and calibration activities
To review and update preventive maintenance checklist from time to time and complete PM per schedule planned
Generate and fine tune AOI NPI and sustaining program with acceptable false call rate
Coordinate with Process Engineering & Equipment team for real time feedback of defect rate
Review AOI inspection for accurate, consistent detection of SMT paste, component placement and solder joint defects
Responsible for defects classification on AOI station and has the authority to stop the line in case of non-conformities.
To troubleshoot for AOI machine breakdown to ensure smooth production
To develop, monitor and sustain inspection program detect ability and efficiency to ensure quality of the product are fulfilled
Responsible for daily / shiftily yield, efficiency and effectiveness report
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledge in AOI & AXI equipment will be an added advantage
Good oral and written communication skills
Able to work cooperatively in a team & cross functional team (CFT) as needed
Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge & experience with co-workers
