  • Responsible for product PCBA & Box Build board level troubleshooting and failure analysis, monitor test & yield performance.

  • Drive daily debug wip inventory to meet goal set for each product.

  • Follow production shipment schedules during debugging and ensure that the schedules are met.

  • Drive and control debug aging to be <14 days.

  • Meet daily product yield and track all open issue to address the solution.

  • Familiar with test measurement equipment e.g. Multimeter, Oscilloscope, power supply & etc.

  • Provides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians.

  • Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge & experience with co-workers.

  • Support cross function activities as when needed.

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years in Test Department in PCBA & debugging knowledge.
