Job Descriptions- Responsible for monitoring the overall operation of equipment systems, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment such as air conditioning, fire protection, generators, electrical distribution boxes, HT & LV distribution boxes, transformers, and weak current systems.
Perform daily equipment checks according to the equipment checklist to ensure proper operation. Additionally, conduct monthly and annual equipment inspections as per the plan to promptly identify and resolve potential issues.- Collaborate closely with the headquarters technical team, sharing information on equipment operation, providing necessary support and information to facilitate smooth workflow.
Complete other responsibilities and tasks as directed by superiors to ensure the efficient and stable operation of equipment systems.
Technical secondary school education or higher, with a background in electrical work, electrical equipment installation, or electrical debugging.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical work, electrical equipment installation, or electrical debugging, with familiarity in the operation and maintenance of various equipment systems.
Preference given to those with a high or low voltage electrician certificate.- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, capable of effectively coordinating work with the headquarters technical team.
Ability to independently solve problems, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for equipment malfunctions.
