Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To support Test Servicing team for any engineering activity, such as Tester installation/set-up, support, servicing and maintaining the Production Testers.
- Prepare and established activity reports and regular support updates.
- Establish and maintain the Preventive Maintenance (PM) for production testers. Generate PM documents/form and perform the schedule maintenance as the pm Master Schedule.
- Established and maintain Tester's set-up, support, service, and repair checklist.
- Identify, monitor, and maintain of testers spare parts. Work closely with customers to maintain necessary spare part for line sustaining.
- Work closely with customers on tester improvement, repair, new equipment introduction.
- Work closely with Engineering Team / Customers for any technical discussion for test hardware, such as test board, socket, or probe card, etc.
- Work with Engineering Team / Customers for any hardware innovation activity to improve COST and EFFICIENCY.
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Physic Science or others (technical) which are equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience Or Diploma in similar Engineering with minimum 5 years in Testers Maintenance or in relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Semiconductor Testing Equipment and familiar with Power & Mixed Signal Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Good understanding on definition of complete test cell including tester, handler, prober, manipulator, docking system, test jig, probe card, sockets and Test schematic
- Experience in ATE measurement equipment (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober/handler basic operation).
- Good basic programming knowledge (e.g., Pascal, C++, Java, etc)
- Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Good communication and presentation skill to support operation.
- Good command of English with additional language e.g., Malay and/or Mandarin as added advantage
- Manage to work independently.
- Must be able to travel.
- Having valid Driving license
