As a Test Solution Engineering Team Test Process Engineer (Route Build Central Engineering) at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the process development, improvement and qualification of new and existing equipment, software, processes and manufacturing.

Collaborate with various teams to build, improve, and test manufacturing systems. You will provide direction and assistance in the Singapore and internationally with the aim at enabling new technology, reducing overall cost, increase yield, reliability, safety, and optimize product manufacturing quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• A domain guide who familiar in Test / Product / Customer / Demand Driven attribute for Material Out to MPN flow setup in Production Order
• Define business process, governance avenue and detailed implications associated with attributes and their values for Production Order (NPI, HVM and Exception flow)
• To setup the Zdispo for new trigger event of new Material Out creation
• Individuals who understand the relationship in Attribute use to resolve Test flow, merge relaxation criteria and CCR to drive opportunity in BELY and Production Order improvement
• Familiar in Excel VBA for MAM tracking execution to help improvement in Zdispo, receiving rules and dispo rules operation, efficiency and quality.
• Know how to perform MAM UAT testing and improve the validation process
• Risk assessment of the Test Attribute change impacting to MFG Operation and BELY. Identify the gaps with accurate process control/detection implementation
• Bridge person to work with PE Planning, site Engineering, Quality and TAG team from global changes in MAM GAGOV.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Experience in Assembly/Test lines for Quality Engineering, Materials Engineering, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field would be helpful.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and manufacturing software support systems (e.g., JMP, SAP).
• General understanding of the back-end operations for component assembly, and component test operations.
• Strong knowledge of worldwide business processes and the ability to take a business process approach in global networks.
• Familiarity with product quality standards and a deep understanding of business units direction and technical background.
• Has a depth of understanding of process integration matters and can give accurate total priorities of yield and product qualities to direct reports.
• Ability to optimally manage and implement action items from both tactical and strategic perspectives using an agile approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
