Job Descriptions
- Participate in design-for-test analysis at IC design cycle including testability feedback and test plan definitions.
- Responsible in providing wafer/package test solutions per IC's test requirement, including defining standard/customized test platform architecture, designing wafer probe card/ package test board, integrating test hardware and developing associated test methodologies.
- Develop, integrate and optimize test programs for IC's design validation, characterization and manufacturing release.
- Work with manufacturing support team in qualifying production test programs with attention to key performance indices including test coverage, test cost and yield.
- Conduct root cause analysis of early customer returns and developed solutions by improving test coverage in test programs or test hardware.
- Collaborate with vendors to build production auto-test handlers or test fixtures.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent.
- Programming experience (C / C++ & C#)
- Good understanding of semiconductor and electronic fundamentals, digital logic and CMOS.
- Able to read schematic diagrams, and experience in debugging software/hardware.
- Strong understanding of Measurement Systems Analysis tools GRR, Correlation, CpK.
- Experience in ATE software development and debug experience would be considered a plus.
- Independent, accountable, able to work well in teams and is result oriented.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Scripting and data mining skills will be a plus.
- Strong electronic test hardware (analog and digital) design will be a big plus.
- Proficiency in design tools such as CAD Software, circuit simulation and PCB layout software for test hardware will be a big plus.
