Job Functions:-
- Responsible for issuance of Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreement, collection of deposits.
Responsible in follow-ups on Tenancy Agreement signings and ensuring the documents are completed, documented and well kept.- Liaise with the Admin/Legal Department or external Lawyers to ensure the document is complete and in compliance with related laws.
Liaise with tenants regarding any issues related to the Tenancy Agreement and the premises.
- Coordinate with tenants on renewal of leases and refund of deposit upon lease expiry.
Update the tenancy report and tenant contact listing.- Prepare memo related to tenancy matters.
Assist the Licensing and Tenancy Department in replying to tenant letters and/or emails.
- Ensure and maintain all the documents and/or correspondences from Tenants are filled in orderly and timely manner.
Monitor and update the overall tenancy validity period.- Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to speak and write English and Malay.
Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge and online applications.- Must be able to work well under stress and good team player.
