Job Responsibilities*

To conduct money changing and remittance service with customers.

• To provide excellent customer service with a smile.

To conduct accurate and efficient transaction handling.

• To conduct effective customer due diligence.

To reconcile daily transactions.

• To be responsible and accountable for the safety of their intra-day exchanges.

• Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level / Pre- U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• No working experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills and confident dealing with both local and foreign customer.

• Cash handling experience will be an added advantage.

Possess strong customer service and problem solving skills.

• Able to work well in a team environment and contribute ideas.

Detailed oriented and organized. Able to work weekend.

• Willing to be relocated or travel for work purpose as and when needed.

Having a good command of different language is an advantage.

IMPORTANT:

Successful candidate will start with a 3-month contract. Upon end of contract, subsequent conversion into permanent staff or renewal for a longer period is possible, subject to work performance.

Working Hours:

Saturday to Wednesday, 9.30am-6.30pm, and Thursday, 9:30am - 3:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
