Telesales Specialist

Role : Telesales (Malay + English)

Location : PJ

Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday)

Working hours:

Shift A : 9am-6pm

Shift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).

Manage / store customer information on the company system

Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales

Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Requirements :

Min SPM graduated with at least 3-6 months of Telesales experience (making sales via call out)

Fresh Graduate are most welcome.

Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business

Voice clear, fluent, good communication English and Malay
