• Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our OSH and ISO training programs, as well as our safety consultancy services, to businesses across various industries.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce our OSH and ISO training programs and safety consultancy services.

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.

Understand clients needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience in tele sales or direct sales, preferably in the safety training or consultancy industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

Knowledge of OSH and ISO standards and regulations is highly desirable.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
