Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Identify and qualify leads
• Present product features and benefits effectively
• Handle customer objections and questions professionally
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required
