Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to the sales campaign assignment.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales techniques.
- Deliver, promote prospect customers on the benefits of refinancing through strict adherence to the product factsheets and sales guidance script.
- Adherence to change in scope of work (Telesales focus, end to end process work) and transfer within department as and when required.
- Maintain a high standard, integrity and comply with PDPA Act.
- Adherence to high standards of work productivity and adherence to basic call center workforce management guidelines.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or field sales.
- Passionate in Sales.
- Good command in both English/Malay & Mandarin - to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working hours: Mon - Fri / 9am - 6pm
