Job Description: - Utilize our company's AI financial tools to deliver customized financial solutions over the phone, addressing each customer's individual financial needs and goals.
Provide high standards of service by following presentation guidelines by given product fact sheet and sales script.- To communicate effectively with customers over the phone and understand customer needs, find sales opportunities and achieve sales performance.
Achieve monthly sales target
Diploma/Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 1 year of telesales /financial sales working experience.
Fluent in speaking Bahasa Malaysia or English.- Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Malaysian citizens only.
