Job Description

Job Responsibility

Primary Objective

Responsible for initiating outbound sales to achieve sales target given

Sales Management

To achieve stipulated sales targets (daily)

Ensure all leads assigned are completed by stipulated time line

Ensure conversion rate/success rate of leads are within stipulated targets

Service Management

Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customers profile

Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team (related to Sales Opportunity)

Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction

Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent

¢ Previous Experience In Sales Or Telemarketing Preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Language

Mandarin (Required)

¢ English (Preferred)
