Job Description

Job Responsibility

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
Develop and maintain a database of client contacts and update call records regularly.
Identify opportunities for sales growth and new business development through cold calling and lead generation.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance and forecasts.
Use data insights to develop targeted sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationship with corporate clients to achieve sales targets.
Develop customized sales proposals and presentations for corporate accounts.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals with corporate clients.
Manage and follow up on collections of outstanding payments from clients.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and resolve payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of collections and report on collection activities.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
Preferably with relevant academic qualifications and working experience or possess a minimum Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales or similar role within alcohol or FMCG industry.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
