Job Description

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.

Manage inquiries and communications with partner.

Proactively follow up to ensure understanding and agreement.

Maintain communication with contacts to establish trust and facilitate smooth processes.

Cultivate positive relationships with partner through clear and effective communication.

Anticipate concerns and provide appropriate guidance and solutions.

Assist in the facilitation of necessary documentation and procedures.

Offer recommendations and advice based on the requirements and preferences.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Proficient in managing phone communications with active listening skills.

Ability to effectively adapt to and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month

    Schedule:

    Monday to Friday
