Telesales Agent

Role : Telesales (Malay + English)

Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday)

Working hours:

Shift A : 9am-6pm

Shift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm

Rotation Shift

Salary : Basic : Range 2200 - 2700 + SalesCommission

Start Date : Immediately

Qualification :

Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out)

Language Requirement : Traditional Malay

(Candidate must be excellent in Reading Writing and Speaking).

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).

Manage / store customer information on the company system

Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales

Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Job Needs:

Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a goodtelesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice

Selling skills, closing sales

Ability to handle

The ability to grasp customer psychology
