Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products.
Receive inbound calls from clients / prospective clients that are interested.
Uphold the quality of the sales by providing the clients with all the relevant and adequate.
Upsell clients to larger products and more extensive packages.
Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with those clients by making subsequent sales pitches.
Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.
Build an instant rapport through effective communication.
Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with clients when necessary.
Requirements:
At least 1 years experience in Telesales / Telemarketing
Passion to meet sales targets and hunger for sales
Have a strong desire to earn a good income
Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers
Ideally, you should be a good communicator who can be persuasive with customers
Ability to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia and English as this candidate will engaging with clients
Able to converse in Mandarin would be a plus
Possess minimum education level in SPM and above
Able to cope with Rejection
Be driven by commission
