We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales & services within the training and development sector and possess strong relationships with HR professionals. This role involves driving sales of our training programs to corporate clients and achieving set revenue targets.
Lead Generation:
Research organisations and industry players to identify new leads and explore potential markets.Client Outreach:
Contact potential clients through personalised emails and cold calls to establish rapport and present our value offerings.Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the internal team to design and execute industry-specific outreach initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
HRDCorp Grant Assistance:
Guide clients through the HRDCorp grant application process to help them fund their training.Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in corporate training and development.Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure continued success.
Proven 1 year track record in corporate sales & services, ideally within the training and development sector.
- Strong relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Experience with cold calling and email outreach.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform market research.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
