Job responsibilities- Handle all hospital in-coming calls in a courteous, and friendly manner
Respond to patient inquires promptly and accurately- Directing incoming calls to appropriate departments, services and personnel
Resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Assisting patients with scheduling appointments
Providing exceptional customer service when interacting with callers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of hospital layout and services preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is a plus.- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
