Telephone Operator/ Helpdesk Assistant

Job Description:

• To be responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls

To answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase

• To assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system)

Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department

• Job Requirement:

Possess at least SPM certification.

• Working Experience in Telecommunication background is an added advantage

Minimum 1 year experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as well

• Good command in English

MUST Willing to work on shift schedule basis (3-shifts) / Public Holidays / Weekends
