Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
  • Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
  • Answer questions and provide information about our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance.

Job Requirements

  • Outbound Telemarketing
  • Min qualification: SPM
  • Compulsory proficiency in spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able work under minimum supervision
