Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive at RinggitPlus. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, customer support, sales, and communication tasks. The role is located in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Lead Generation, Sales, and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred
