Responsibilities:-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers. Present and effectively explain our products or services. Address customer inquiries regarding products and company details. Capture customer information accurately and update records in the database. Achieve daily and weekly call quotas.
Qualifications:-Experience in Balance Transfer, Credit Card, and Banking products is advantageous. Proficient in English (proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred. Familiarity with Sales call or similar CRM software is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage customers effectively using warm calling techniques. Experience with outbound calling and technical sales is a plus.
