About the role:

As a Remote Telemarketer for Lead Generation, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our services. You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects in Klang Valley, engaging them in conversation, and gathering relevant information to assess their interest in the services. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Your Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospects in Klang Valley with the aim of generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team.

Utilize effective telemarketing techniques to engage prospects, build rapport, and gather information about their needs and requirements.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns.

Provide regular feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggestions for improvement.

Do you have:

Some experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales, preferably in a remote setting OR should this be an area you are keen to explore.

Good communication skills in either English or Malay, with added advantage if you speak other local languages.

The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
