Job Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction:
- Make calls to customers to discuss the DMP (Debt Management Plan) program.
Provide information about the program and how it benefits them.- Address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Product Knowledge:
- Gain a thorough understanding of the DMP program, including its features, benefits, and any limitations to customer
Stay updated on any changes or updates to the program
- Proposal Planning:
- Develop and present proposal plans.
Create comprehensive plans that outline the steps and benefits of enrolling in the DMP program.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Arrange appointments with customers to discuss their cases in more detail.
Coordinate with customers to find suitable times for appointment
By focusing on these areas, you can effectively manage and coordinate the DMP program, ensuring that customers receive the support and information they need.
- SPM or fresh graduates are welcome
- 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales or customer service.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
