Job Description :

To convince stakeholders (ranging from managed sellers, unmanaged sellers and

riders) to join programmes/initiatives that are being offered/rolled out by the company.

Proactively promoting and explaining the advantages of a company's programmes to

ensure maximum participation, contributing to the success of new initiatives.

Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain ongoing

relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous

participation in company's initiatives.
