Job Responsibility

Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Outbound calls to inquiries regarding to an advertisement
Use scripts to provide information about products features and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements
Record the customers personal information accurately in a computer system
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to attend an event or to visit the sales gallery to buy a product.
You must be able to understand the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to expand clientele by answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma
Proficient in English or Bahasa Malaysia
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive.
The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
