Outbound Calling: Reach out to potential business members or partners to introduce them to the BBX Platform, explaining how it can benefit their business through trading opportunities, networking, or access to new markets.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by assessing their business needs and potential interest in the BBX Platform. This involves researching and targeting businesses that could benefit from the platforms features.
Sales Pitches: Handle inbound calls and deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the value proposition of the BBX Platform, addressing potential members pain points and explaining how the platform can solve their challenges.
Demonstration: Conduct phone-based demonstrations or webinars to showcase the BBX Platforms features and benefits. Tailor presentations to the specific needs of the prospect.
Follow-Up: Manage follow-up calls with interested prospects to provide additional information, answer questions, and move the sales process forward.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members, providing ongoing support and maintaining communication to drive member engagement and retention.
Lead Tracking and Management: Use software to track and manage leads and sales activities. Ensure all member interactions and follow-ups are recorded accurately.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, member communications, and transactions. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Reporting: Prepare and update sales reports, tracking key metrics such as lead conversion rates, sales performance, and member engagement levels.
Coordination Appointment: Work closely with other teams (such as marketing and customer support) to ensure seamless integration of sales efforts and member service.
Inventory Management: If applicable, monitor and manage any platform-related resources or materials that might be used in the sales process.
Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and update member information, sales activities, and transaction details in sales management systems.
Proficient in Chinese language is a plus.
