Job Description

Title:TELESALES

Duration: 12 Months and extendable contract

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Working Days : 5 days a week (Monday- Sunday)

Working hours:

Shift A : 9am-6pm

Shift B : 11am/ 12pm - 8pm/9pm

Rotation Shift

JOB DESCRIPTION:

ATelesalesBahasa Malaysia speaker is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in Malay & English markets to promote and sell products or services.

Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).

Manage / store customer information on the company system

Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales

Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Specialized knowledge and skills: Necessary skills:

Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a goodTelesales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice

Strong command of the Bahasa Malaysia language + moderate in English and be able to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

Skilled in building rapport with customers, overcoming objections, and closingsales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Selling skills, closingsales

The ability to grasp customer psychology

Ability to work independently in a team

Education and experience:

Language Required:Bahasa Malysia & English (OR) Mandarin & Malay

Min SPM graduated with at least 6 months and above ofTele-salesexperience (makingsalesvia call out)

Preference will be given to candidates withsales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, Telco, Insurance, online business,
