Job Description :
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system.
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales .
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
- Preferably at least with 6 months experience of Tele sales role.
- Preferences will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience from industries such as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.
- Language Proficiency Excellent both verbal in English & Bahasa
- Computer literate
- Operation Hours : 9.00AM 9.00PM
- Working Days : 5.5 Days per week
- Working Hours : Rotating shift in between operation hours
- Shift Type : 3 shifts ( 9am 6pm | 10am 7pm | 12pm 9pm
