We are seeking a Telemarketer to join our sales team and contribute to the growth of Mettler Toledo. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Your Tasks:
- Generate interest in our products and services.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our offerings.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge.
- Manage and qualify sales leads.
- Build customer relationships and nurture leads.
- Provide sales reports and analysis.
- Maintain accurate customer data.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Support other team members as needed.
Additional Information:
- Will be working overnight shift (eg: 8PM to 5AM, Mon-Fri)
- Fully working onsite in office

What You Need To Succeed
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Flexibility to work odd hours and on public holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Proficiency in web and electronic tools
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- CRM system experience
- SAP knowledge (a plus)
