Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to reach out to potential corporate clients.
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of client contact details.
  • Apply effective communication skills to engage with clients via phone calls.

  • Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Malay or Chinese is a bonus.
Strong typing skills to ensure efficient data entry and note-taking during calls.
  • Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, meeting established targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in Kelana Jaya.

_Please note the following details:_
  • This position is based in our office @ Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya.
Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This is not a weekend or after-hours job.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM3,300.00 per month

    Expected hours: 40 per week

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
