Prepare specifications and estimates as required.
Review drawings, plans and layouts with Users before finalization.
Review client drawings structure, architect & mechanical drawing.
Modeling & detailing the structure.
Review, check main & secondary structure to follow design drawing, standard drawing, specification, instruction, revision, addition, modification work, surface condition, embedded plate condition, drafting rule, profile direction, grid line, dimension, material, bolts & welding condition, installation type, erection mark, quantity, symbol mark etc.
Find out centre gravity for each assembly.
Prepare shop drawing general arrangement drawing, assembly drawing, multi drawing & single part drawing.
Produce reports example bolt list (shop & site), assembly list etc.
Prepare RFI (request for information) to client.
Responsibility to make sure schedule & progress tally for achieve the target.
Prepare ABM or Advance Bill Material for client to purchase steel.
Who are we looking for
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Architecture or similar qualification.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
