Purpose of Role:
To support the Engineering Superior and peers by managing the day-to-day responsibilities ensuring all plant equipment is in best operational condition in their specified area of responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Focus Area:
Provide maintenance and repair services, troubleshoot, and overhaul of all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic parts and electrical / electronic system with good countermeasure being implemented
Focus Area:
Report correctly and timely of all machine breakdown and maintenance activities performed on machines and equipment into the several channel and via SAP PM, and ensuring the closure of all notification being assigned with good countermeasure being implemented
Focus Area:
Involve and participate directly in any plant activities involving Engineering team, including Kaizen, SHE activities, Quality activities, etc.
Focus Area:
Escalate to the superior for any assistance required. Liaise and communicate with production on machine availability once breakdown or problems have been repaired.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Preferably a Diploma level, or Competent Certificate in Engineering or SPMV in related title
Knowledge on SAP PM will be an added advantage
Knowledge and hands on experience for Reactive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance, including TPM
Preferably more than 3 years of experience
