TECHNICIAN

Role Description:

• Installs, repairs, and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.

Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and in-person visits.

Dismantles machinery and removes/replaces defective parts.

• Determines changes in requirements of parts by inspecting and measuring various instruments.

Maintains inventories of equipment parts and supplies by checking stock and placing orders.

• Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills for guiding clients through troubleshooting processes over the phone.

• Requirements:

Must be willing to work at outstation or overseas if necessary.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor of Degree or equivalent.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as technician.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin preferred for interaction with overseas suppliers and customers.

Have mechanical and electrical knowledge.

• Possess own transport with D license.

Willing to self-enriched & willing to upgrade yourself.

• Must be self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn and target.

Salary range: RM 2,500 RM 3,500

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
